Absolutely! Our pots are real concrete pots that are manufactured by hand in house. Because concrete is porous, it tends to get a shade darker where it absorbs water. It is part of the design and charm to have slight color imperfections. Take a look at the "Our Pots" page for more information.

The ZZ plant and Snake plant are great plants to get started with. Both plants are able to thrive in lower light settings, and typically only require watering once every three to four weeks. If you have struggled with plant ownership in the past, then these are the plants for you!

There is usually not an issue with leaf drop on our bonsai trees.  Remember, these are real trees! When they go through an environmental change, they tend to lose some leaves.  Keep them watered and near a window and you will see new growth soon!

You can trim yellowing or yellow leaves from your plant regularly.  If there is excessive yellowing after  a couple of weeks, you may need to adjust your watering schedule.  Fully yellow droopy leaves tend to be a sign of over watering.
